At the Commanders Club December meeting, CDR Sam J. Kennedy won the 50/50 Sea Cadets Raffle on Thursday night! The raffle contributes to fueling the Sea Cadets program and supporting their initiatives! It was a fantastic way to celebrate the season while supporting a great cause.
